Unified Field Drawings

The first drawing was just a 2H pencil and even though I like using them, I think the 2H is a little to light for my liking. It went down smoothly on the paper but I like the darker shades of pencil.

The second drawing was with willow charcoal. Charcoal is what I love to use but find it tends to be quite messy. As you can see in the drawing, it smudged a little bit. It goes on nicely on the paper however and I love it.

As I am still waiting for my ink and conte, I chose to experiment with the ebony pencil. I love how dark it can get and it is another smooth drawing pencil that I will use a lot during this class.
